1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    Products will be delivered with-in 5 to 7 business days

  • In case of high order volumes, processing may take longer. You will be informed via email or phone in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Other Cities/Towns: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote/Rural Areas: May take up to 10-12 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹1000 (you can set this value, e.g., ₹999).

  • For orders below ₹1000 a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.

  • Express/priority shipping (if applicable) will be charged extra.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking number and courier details.

  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking link.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer support. We will investigate and assist with a resolution, including refunds or replacements where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Damaged Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery OR

  • Take photos of the package and contact our support team immediately for assistance.
